Refund Policy

Refund and Revisions Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

The Company understands that circumstances may arise where a Client may request a refund for services rendered. Refunds shall be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the Client has made a 50% advance payment upon initiation of the contract, which is non-refundable, and is dissatisfied with the services provided by the Agency after making the advance payment, the Client may choose to discontinue the services. In such a case, the Client shall not be liable to pay the remaining 50% of the project fee.
  • If the Client, having paid 100% for the project, is dissatisfied with the final video after two (2) revisions and chooses to discontinue the services, the Client shall be eligible for a 50% refund of the total project fee.

2. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, the Client must submit a written refund request to the Company, specifying the reasons for the refund and providing any relevant documentation to support the request.

Upon receipt of the refund request, the Company shall review the request and determine the eligibility for a refund based on the terms outlined in this Refund Policy and the Service Agreement.

If the refund request is approved, the Company shall process the refund within 7 to 14 business days of approval. Refunds shall be issued using the same payment method utilized for the original transaction.

3. Revisions

The Company offers two (2) free revisions as part of the service package outlined in the Service Agreement. These revisions are intended to accommodate reasonable adjustments to the project based on Client feedback.

Any additional revisions requested beyond the allotted free revisions will be subject to additional charges as determined by the Company. The Client shall be notified of the applicable charges for additional revisions before any work is undertaken.

Revisions requested due to errors or oversights on the part of the Company will not count towards the revision limit and will be provided at no additional cost to the Client.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding a refund request or revision charges, the Parties shall endeavor to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Service Agreement.

5. Modification of Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund and Revisions Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Policy shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or other official communication channels.
